A homeless man named Greg broke my heart today, he is a christian and hadn't eaten in three days. I'm seventeen and can't find a job to save my life. Where do I start? How can I help these homeless in my city, when I Virtually have nothing, but have everything?

One thing I would encourage you about involves relationships. Often, when confronted with issues of poverty, homelessness, etc, many Christians feel as if material or monetary support is needed most urgently. While this is often the case (i.e., regarding food), we often miss the relationality component. Presence and relationship is just as important as material needs...sometimes more.
